Description: Living history programs, an Andrew Jackson museum that details his boyhood in the South Carolina backcountry and a birthday celebration held each March in honor of the seventh President of the United States of America. There is a statue “The Boy of the Waxhaws” by the famous Anna Hyatt Huntington.
Two very well maintained trails about one mile each loop.

Cost: $2.00 adults.
Difficulty: Two easy hiking trails both 1 mile loops. Crawford trail goes through the woods the Garden trail goes around the lake go toward the Dam first then around the lake (ignore the “Campers only sign” if you see it just stay next to the lake)
Kind of photos: Nature, forest and flowers, large lake, water birds, landscape. There are also old buildings and events.
